I have brought the samsung tablet Samsung Tab 3 Neo-SmT111 past 4 years and I have to say that it is the worst tablet that I have ever bought and I have wasted my money completely in it.
I spend around Rs.10k for buying this tablet and I thought that it would be very good one and the specs were also nice-1 gb RAM, 8GB ROM, 7.5 inch display, 3500 mAH battery and so on.
It had been working fine for 2 years since I had bought it until now when I realsied that I had totally wasted my money by buying it.
After 2 years the Ram became horribly slow and it took almost 15 minutes for it to het it booted up and I had ro wait for about 5 minutes for opening an application.It startred hanging almost every time I tried to use it and the screen went black.The battery backup was also very disappointing.Earlier times it used to take 2 hours to get a complete charge and it lasted me around 4 hours and now the timing has drastically reduced.Now after using it dor continous 20 minutes I feel like I am holding a toaster in my hands as ot gets heayed up so much.
The screen has also become worse, the brightness of the screen has become horrible and each pixel in the display is noticeable with naked eyes as dots.
The device still remains with the android jelly bean lastest verion and due to that I cannot even doqnload many apps from the play store as most of the apps says the minimum reqirement is android lollipop.
I tried to contact samsung to get my problems fix my problems but they told me that samsung has turned off the manufacture of the product so they cannot help me.
It is the worst product that I have ever purchased.Had I listened to my dad and bought rhe Hp tablet or the dell tablet at that time, this problem had not rised at all now.
I cannot even sell this useless machine to anyone as they refuse to buy it from me.
My request is that if you ever buy a product from samsung then buy the product which is costly since lower cost products from samsung are worst and it is a waste of money.I mow produly call samsung the ’hang master’.
