Samsung Galaxy Tab 620 is a calling tablet. This tablet comes with android honeycomb version out of the box. but you can update it to Android Jellybean.
The tablet is powered with 1.2 ghz dual core processor. There are Quad Core processor tablet in the market. but till now this 1.2 ghz dual core is working very fine . The brand matters of course. other companies attract customers with good specification. but they will not run long.
There are several sensors in the tab like Gyro Sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, etc. The size of the tab is 7 inch. and perfect for comfortable use. I had also used Dell Venue 8. but it looks little big. 7 inch is handy.
The tab has 3 mp primary camera. with LED flash. the good thing this tab has clarity in picture taken from it. and having led flash is an added advantage. normally quality of camera in tabs are not so good. they are so bad. you never use your tab’s camera. But this tab has good clarity.
The front camera is of 2 mp camera. and front cam quality is okay. not impressed. and it is difficult to call video call from it.
The ram of the tablet is 12 gb. and runs very good. but now samsung has to come with 2 gb ram. And the internal storage is of 16 gbs. lots of space. you can install so many apps in it. and if 16 is not enough you can increase the space upto 64 gb through micro sd card.
The battery backup is so good. easily runs for a day. a advice use it in lowest brightness. as screen eats up so much battery.
Verdict- A very good Tablet. happy with samsung brand. runs so good. great service. there service centres are all over india. having voice call is an added advantage. The price of the tab is 20, 000. a little higher. Overall. worth buying seeing the performance of the tab
