I bought Samsung Joy Plus J5 100 Full HD Led Tv last 1 year.The product is now out of warranty.All of a sudden the display of the Tv went black but audio is fine.When contacted Samsung service they said the led panel is gone and it will cost me 14, 000 rupees fix it.In order to inspect the Tv they are charging 600+14% vat extra.Samsung is not ready to give any concession on this as they keep on saying that the product is out of warranty.But if a 13 months old tv is met with such big fault, I am not sure what the quality of the product they are manufacturing is.Most frustating reply from Samsung is that these things will happen in electronic product?They don’t seem to be care about the quality of the product they sell at all.never ever go for this product.
