I bought Samsung TV 24" on september 2015. It was so amazing at those days then I got trouble after 4 months my TV display was gone.
It was one year warranty period so called Customer Care and reported my complaint and other issues of my TV. They noted my complaint and the technical person came and checked my TV after checking for 2 hours he said " you have physical damage inside the TV.
If you want to fix it, it will cost around Rs. 8, 000 and it will not come under warranty. " I really shocked. The TV cost around Rs. 15, 000 and they asking me 50% of amount to fix the issue within the warranty period. Customer care officers always says this is Samsung Company policy. I got so irritated about the service. Please do not buy any Samsung products because it will not customer feasible. It will not worth for single star also. I am confused now what to for this problem?
