The lousiest possible machine with even worst after sales service. The body of the machine actually burst open like a ripe melon.....would yOu belive it !!!! after JUST 2years of use. I was even more amazed when I recieved a letter from these folks telling me that it would take 12k’s to fix the machine, ohh! btw did I tell you the machine cost me 10k(Aprx) when I had bought it!!!. The friggin gall of the customer service folks.....I have lodged a case in consumer court & sold off every peice of damn machinery with samsung written on top (TV, Music System just to name a few). Maybe somebody shud ask these dudes the definition of Customer Service & Quality checks.
I just hope more & more folks read this review & not get caught by the fancy ads & sweet talks that these pricks at Samsung keep poring on people.
