I purchased Samsung LCD 26" from UNILET Appliances, BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore on 17-May-2009 by paying Rs 23500/- . On 19-May-2009, it was mounted on wall by Samsung Service Person. on 28-May-2009, around 9AM, My TV automatically got fire and completely burnt. Power was Switched On and TV was switched off with Remote. There was no Rain or Lighting from last two days in bangalore. My appartment Hall is completely blacked out. These UNILET Appliances and SAMSUNG have sold me a defective piece. Now SAMSUNG Service center personal is saying that, they require 20 odd days to let me know, if they can replace it or not, which is a bull sht. They have to replace me or else I’ll go to Consumer court and file case against SAMSUNG and UNILETApplicances, BTM Layout.
Not only Rs 23500/-, I have 9 months old baby, who plays under that TV only. By God’s grace at that time she was not playing there. The Samsung TV exploded like crackers and was on fire.
So Please dont purchase SAMSUNG Electronic Goods. Also dont purchage anything from UNILET Applicances, BTM Layout. They sell all defective Products.
