I got this LCD TV for 50, 000 plus just 1 yr plus, after few months after warranty expiration the image suddenly became like a photo negative, despite using a costly stabilizer. When I called the online Samsung service, they sent a person who had no clue about the problem. He did not even open the set, but claimed a panel inside is faulty and it will take about 6000/- rupees to get it done.
I drove him out and got the same work done by my friend’s acquaintance for Rs 2000/- itself.
