I brought a Samsung LCD before 2 years ago . I am daily using this LCD Monitor as a TV . This is a very very bad& faulty monitor . From beginning of using this monitor’s remote control system is not working properly all time . Besides it, it’s USB port fully damage . Sound quality of this monitor not too good, many time there happened suddenly stop sound in this monitor .
Picture quality also not too good as per expectation . Suddenly one days monitor automatically gone fully damage, not working anything . After that, I contact with their service center, after checking they said AV port are damage& new part for replacement on damage part are currently not available at their service center . After that, I contact with them more than 100 times to solve my problem . After 2 months they refund me some money of total cost price of this monitor . So, I request to all customers please do not buy this Samsung LCD Monitor .
