Very very low quality product
I have bought LED TV(39Eh5003) two years back. Suddenly there is no picture and only audio. technician confirmed that it is LED panel issue and SMPS issue. It might cost around apprx 35K.This is really irritating. It is really a substandard product. There is no proper investigation done by Samsung. At very high level they asking to replace the LED panel and SMPS. How can the LED panel and SMPS be faulty within two years? Also there is no proper analysis has been provided on the reason. Also technician confirmed samsung do not provide the anaysis at component level. who is going to pay the cost for spares
Really very very bad experince with the process as well s product. I really doubt on samsung products which are not at all comparable with other brands
