Samsung 40" LED - Dismal after sale service!

I recently purchased UA40C6200UR, Samsung LED TV(40"). I bought in July 25 and the box was delivered after 3 days. I was told Samsung would come and install it and I’ve been waiting for them. Some one called from Samsung to check if I have bought the TV. When I informed him that I have bought and I’m waiting for installation he said he will ask someone to visit. But this some one looks elusive. What I learn’t today this has been a practice with them as I had seen another customer with exactly the same feedback.


A bad decision to go with this Korean product. I wish I had gone with Sony!
