Customer service is not acceptable

I got a 48 inch 16 month ago and after using it for some time the screen quality became hazy and dim after using it for a time after called for costmer support after calling them for 200 times they came and engineer was very arrogant and dont know how to respect costomers disrepecting fellow. After only 16 months he said that something has gone wrong with panel have to replace and cost of it would around 35000 which very much a big amount you can buy a whole new tv for that price for the panel alsoo not acceptable never recommend to buy samsung tv or may be any products.
