Samsung only works fine if it is prices 30k above.
I purchased Samsung M31s( 6, 128GB) (grey color) in August 2020 through amazon in exchange of my old phone. I was very happy with the built and its super amoled display. But let me list the reasons why I call it a SCAM.
While I was downloading apps on the very first day I bought it, IT HANGED. Within 10 mins of downloading, it HEATED so much so that I could not hold it and had to put it in front of the AC to cool down. This problem is not only with M31s but the whole M series of Samsung. Samsung should not launch mid range series if they can’t provide basic services.
About the CAMERA, original camera was fine. But if you talk on video calls or use camera of apps like snapchat, instagram, etc., it is PATHETIC. When I complained about this, the seller said that we are not responsible for cameras of third parties. I could not have got more STUPID explanation to this issue.
Let’s now talk about the PROCESSOR. Samsung M31s has Exynos processor which is a decade old. But I didn’t know it is so slow that it easily takes 2-3 seconds to open any application. I could take screenshots while apps used to open.
After all these issues and pathetic quality, I compained to the amazon platform on the same. The next day some technician to the house and did something in the phone. But after that also it didn’t work well. After around 6 days of continuous complaints and calls, they agreed to refund the money and take back the phone. It was very very irritating process.
This was the FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I EVER BOUGHT A SAMSUNG PHONE. NEVER AGAIN.
