This phone does what it is supposed to do for most of the part. I recently have started to have issues with the phone freezing up in the middle of checking messages, email, weather bug, or really any application that I am trying to use. The back battery cover doesnt stay on very well, in fact it has a tendency to come of after I just place the phone on the counter. I find myself having to wait a while in order to have an app to open up, sometimes as long as five minutes, By that time the phone wants to force close, or I have lost interest in using that app at that time. I should have gone with the phone that had some better reviews in 2012 rather than wasting my money on this.
