I bought this laptop 14 months ago. it’s been good at the beginning but slowly it has got aa the problems at once. firstly it’s battery backup got reduced drastically. then it started to get heated and became slow as if it is lagging. it used to get stuck in between playing any game or watching movies. to fix these problems it takes some 5000rs easily so I dint fixed it and I’m still suffering with its performance. I suggest u people to not to buy this laptop and go for another brands other than Samsung.
