I bought this Samsung laptop after my research all about the functions and customer responses of the people who have used it previously. With its compatible 14 inch HD screen and 1 TB of hard drive storage, looked like a good deal to pack with its price. Just after using it for few months I started experiencing some issues related noise and heating since I use heavy softwares and also play games. It has RAM 6 GB DDR3 and the processor intel core i5(3rd generation), though the issues were quite unexpected.
As it was still in the warranty period, I went for charge free service for my issues but even then it started coming back with the same issues after few days. And the conditions had like become more worse as I was out of warranty and had to pay for the service from my pocket. Then the laptop started getting slower for all the little heavy processes; this was very much unexpected from such a brand.
If anyone is looking for good laptops within same price range, you will get much better options but do not go for this one.
