I’m currently using a samsung laptop(S05IN), it’s 2 years old and it’s working alright. It has an AMD A8 processor, 6GB ram, 1TB HHD, 4gb(total) Radeon graphics.
HD display, win 8 and I bought it for only 35K. But buying a samsung’s laptop above 40k may not be a good decision. If you wanna go below 40k, samsung with AMD processor is best but you can get many better laptops, like Dell, Asus, etc(not HP). And AMD processors are really good and are more economical as they also come with radeon graphics. So don’t be obsessed with intel.
