Payment of Rs. 500 is not reverted since 12th June

I am using samsung pay mini. However I stopped using it and advice others, stop using Samsung paymini.Here are the reasons.

  1. I purchased Shoppers stop Gift card worth 500 Rs from Samsung Paymini app on 12th June 2018, Due to technical glitch Woohoo.com(gift card partners) are unable to capture money. Hence they informed me that order has been cancelled and I need to connect with Samsung Pay mini team. Till the date till today I get following standard answers

  2. We are apologies for inconvenience, our back end team is working on it.

  3. When you ask by what time issue get resolved.answer is in some time. But they are unable to define that some time in hours, days or months.

  4. When we call again after 2-3 days, answer is as I see in history your case has been escalated. when we ask to connect with their seniors no one is available(irrespective of evening 6 or morning 10.30)

  5. when I checked Samsung Pay mini website for some email of grievance officer, Such system does not exists. https://Samsung.com/in/samsung-pay/mini/

  6. Since Axis Bank are their UPI getway partner they confirm that Rs.500 has gone to Woohoo.

I am clueless whom to escalate. if anyone knows who is over all Grievance officer for Samsung product that will be very helpful.
