I was having this Tv in my home. I had bought it 7-8 years before. It was 8000 rs at that time. It is still working in good conditions. I had to repair it for 4 times in these years. The customer service is not so good.It take 3-4 days to come and repair the TV. And it also charges huge amount for repairing. But the main thing is that the picture quality is not very good. It is not very clear and vivid. It worked really well in starting one year. And after that it started to create problems. The sound is not so bold enough to make me feel good. Now a days, no one use this TV because of LCD and LED TVs. I have bought 3 remotes for this TV.
