The vegetable basket - I found it to be not very strong. It broke/cracked from one side after short use then the other side also broke. The transparent part of basket which attaches to white main part broke at top connection point.
We used it by applying glue etc for long time.
When we called customer care for giving us the ides where we can buy it. They said service engineer will visit and inspect then order the part. Which we didn’t agreed as engineer visit will also cost(visit and inspection charges etc).
For small parts like this which are fragile and often breaks should be delivered on model number and model code after required payment.
Instead of making it so complex procedure and expensive procedure.
