I bought a refrigerator of Samsung RT36FDJFALX/TL, after a gap of 10 years of first refrigerator. First day of purchase, the Refrigerator was not standing on its feet and tilted towards the front. Now comes the demo Team, who do not know that how many legs are attached, where exactly it needs to be attached.
That was start of what I say is SAMSUNG KIRANA STORE unfolding terror, there is confusion, dealer finally shifting the attention to service Team.
Service Team also tries their best to fix up legs on the front side, on next visit takes photographs and bill copy, as the discussion was now heading towards refund. 10 days after the purchase, Service Team says dealer will do something, and Dealer Team says we can offer discount and you live with this hell for the rest of the period.
Call center has standard answer to all questions.
The Matter is still hanging between sales, dealer and service Team.
May I get an reply on my query, maybe through the Mouthshut system?
