I bought samsung LCD exactly 2 years back, it was good till warranty period, after finishing 1 year, at first I lost AV1 functionality secondly remote is not working at last complete panel is gone.which is very costly about 18k.
Coming to support it has been more than 10 day si have registered complaint twice engineer came and said panel is gone and then no feed back from any where till now.
