Worst Customer Care, cheating with customer.

Samsung is cheating with customers in the name of exchange offer for sale of their S20 phone. I pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra through Samsung website on 03/03/2020 with deferred exchange option with my old Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus(8GB/128GB) with exchange value Rs. 40730/-(including Rs.5000/- extra). My order ID is 11152655729. I received Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra on 17/03/2020. Their exchange partner Cashify intimated that they will only give Rs. 35890/-(including Rs. 5000/- extra) instead of Rs.40730/-. I sent many mails to Samsung Customer Care requesting to clarify the exchange value and to take action to pick up my old phone Samsung Galaxy S10 plus urgently. However, no action was taken.


During lockdown, Cashify cancelled pickup order. After lockdown is lifted, Samsung has not taken any action to pickup my old Samsung Galaxy s10plus as they have already sold their new phone S20 ultra to me by luring false promise in the name of pre-order. I mailed and called many times. But they did not take any action.


Beware of Samsung. Boycott them. Don’t purchase any phone from them.
