This is one of the leading company in india . their are various products of samsung . the have established a good platform in t v, mobile and dvdrom . etc. in every thing their is a good service embedded with a customere care support . in the company I have purchased dvd writer . I have added this to my desk top pc. it had given good and continous suppot for 6months . even by putting the dvd cd it will not read . I have phoned to service cemtre . after submitting the dvd to service centre they have replace lens at a fully free of cost . still now it is working good in condition . hence customer support is very good. if any one want to purchase any electronic product think of the branded and then automically comes it is nothing but samsung. I have a flat t v also . this is also working in a good condition .
