When we went to buy this, the freezer door had a sticker saying 10 years warranty. now when I called the customer care they transferred me to tvm service then to kochi, then to chennai and finally someone said the warranty is only there for the compressor and rest of the parts have only 1years warranty. this is the same for all the products, so when you go and buy these thing make sure you get what ever sales guys are saying in writing signed by their manager or else they will just say NO!
