This is one of the excellent product from Samsung. I am using this Fridge for last 4 years. Never there was a need to call the service center. At the kitchen the fridge is very silent and we were not even realizing the fridge was there. Fast cooling and efficient service. Easy to clean. My family of 8 members are will satisfied this product and it has met all our storage need for the big family.
Earlier we used to purchase a fridge and forget about it’s maintenance for at least 15 years. Now times have changed for the worst. I purchased this fridge hardly 2 years back and look what.no cooling at all. All the things that were in the fridge have rotten. No milk this morning / no vegetable this morning and off course the moment we opened the fridge, it was smelling owe full. I have made a complaint. Let us see what happens. Samsung has already told me that they will charge for the visit and off course for any pat that is replaced. I think it is better to go for the Old Godrej.old is gold.
