I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator model RT27JARYESA/TL on 02/02/2015 cia Bill No. 272480 from Bismi Home Appliances, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala. From the day one I am struggling with problems. When I switch on, it started to blow powder like material, the insulation chemical), all around. When I contact Bismi, I was told to contact customer care. When I contacted customer care, they told it is because since it is new and It will resolve its own. I wiped all these material, but the problem is still persists. Consuming these chemicals will cause serious health issues. Now we are not able to keep any food inside.
Whenever I contact the customer care number, they will not register the complaint. Instead, they will tell wipe away that. Also, when I called for demo, nobody turned up. Finally, I made them to register the complaint and service personnel visited my house and took photographs, but nothing happend.
Very bad product. Not able to use until now. When I called Bismi Appliances, they told to register complaint to Samsung. They are not responsible. Samsung using a under quality product to make the refrigerator.
After a few months auto defrosting stopped. When I complained, they replied do it manually. The charge is more for auto defrosting, and we should do it manually. Also, not registering complaint.
SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD, NOT TRUSTWORTH. IF WE BUY, IT WILL BECOME A HEADACHE. IF YOU BUY, IT WILL END UP AT CONSUMER COURT.
