Purchased the cell on 12 september 2009. Rs 8, 400 with 2 GB micro SD.

- On the very next day when I try to play the recorded conversation, it just RESTARTS!:(
I thought it may be some error/prob and then I try it again and still same prob.
what I found was- u need to play some song or anyt voice and then play the recorded stuff.
Thats ridiculous.
- Then it started giving problems with bluetooth. Errors like-
Connection failed, no device, slow speed etc etc did restart some times!
Fed up with the experience I approached SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE at KALYAN and had a BIZARRE experience there too.
Thay said there must be a problem in software so they need to reload it. I wonder if SAMSUNG gives these handsets with DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE!(lthough its an electonic thing.such problems rarely happen with sony, nokia and even if they occur not so early.)
I explained them the problem of Recorded conversations and they accused me arrogantly that I didnt record anything to cheat them.i asked them to do on their own and they faced the same problem.and it was like a slap in their mouth. Totally Bakwaas personnel. They do not know anything about actual problems. Had a heated argument with these guys. There were 2 more guys who faced the same problem with the cell.
When I told them ki gallery opens after15 seconds, solution was to remove the memory card and use it. Then there was a problem in opening album.i should have asked -should I remove the camera now!
On their own they said they will replace the memory card so there had to be some problem with it.i asked ahts the problem.then they said no therz no problem.! so mates SAMSUNG IS DISTRIBUTING FREE CARDS go and collect;) then again said ki no they wont replace but I need to formaT it using my pc.whyyyyyyyy? no answer.then again thay are ready to replace it.

2.Software problem.
- Cant FORWARD message to a group
4.Okayish Battery Life. Hardly 1 day.
- Sound output not good enough.
6.Not so easy to use.
- Cant create folders in SMS .
8.Camera doenst work good in dim light.
In all, If you dont face software and memory card probs.its a good buy in CDMA segment because therz not much option:(
