I cant say much about durability as it has been only 1 month.
Service is excellent I can say, from where I buyed it will approx a 40 km distance & next day itself the technician arrives installed everything, saw us demo, aware us about safety measures & thats it.
The product has 1 year of warranty & 10 years on compressor.
Overall a nice deal heavy features at affordable price. I ll surely recommend you guys, just go for it.
