I am using it for more than a year it is every thing as promised by the company on sales only thing is about supplies in India takes time it cannot be urgent and more than that local suppliers of such parts of printers does not have parts available for Samsung and what they have is not for this model. More than that its has a costly cartage which doesn’t last long. Printer is excellent, product is very good, supplies is not up to the mark that is because this model don’t have good selling ratio.It is good for small office, and also after some modifications it can be used as a xerox machine of a small scale.
