I bought my samsung split a.c 1.5 ton 11 years back and till now this ac has been giving excellent cooling.It costed me around 45k for the whole product and installation.
In 2007 it was a huge sum but summer has been not really been good so we have to make some huge expenses for our confort right?
It has many modes available one of which is auto mode which can cool even in low voltage.If you are familiar with A.C functions then it get cut off if voltage gets below certain limit.
16? is the lowest temperature in this a.c and also for night you can do sleep mode , which by default is at 24?.
Overall this a.c is quite energy efficient and does not make a hefty electicity consumption.
So yes, for long term usage you can go for samsung a.c and get a value for each of your buck.
