The worst AC I have ever purchased and even worse service, Reliance charged us close to 42K, it’s been only 3 years and we have had to get it serviced 8 times already! Each time the servicing guy says that the last guy did a bad job. We are stuck with this piece of junk now. Slow clap Samsung. Never buying another Samsung product ever again. For ACs buy VOLTAS or any other brand but not SAMSUNG.
