Hi Friends, Today I am going to share my pain after purchasing Samsung AC. I purchased 1.5ton split AC a month ago, since then I am facing issues like water leakages from indoor unit every now and then. There was a issue was outdoor unit that results in leakage of gas as well. There was no proper installation done for connecting pipes. No Demo of functionality was given.Installation engineers were not educated about the product. Customer support is also not so good. you will always end up waiting to get connected with customer care and they will first listen to your query and always gave me false assurance of a call back and to resolve my query.
I never get a call back nor my query was resolved and I am still struggling with my problems. Hence friends please rethink twice and thrice before purchasing Samsung AC.
