I feel like cheated with Samsung. At the time of purchase dealer did big talks about the after sales services, but our main fight started from the day we booked an engineer for installation.
Samsung engineers dont look like engineers at all, they dont wear Id card, no dress .even no etiquettes too
As they already charge 1500 rs installation, they ask more money for fixtures too.I mean this is ridiculous. above all they dont come as per the appointment given, they come as per their convenience. this is so annoying.
My second bad experience, I called them for servicing my ac, they did come but not on time, also just to make money they made ac worst than before . When I complained they just transferred my call from here to there but no proper resolution. .
I just hate Samsung after sales services . they need improvement seriously from the top management to a engineer. Wake up guys.if u have come India then provide services too. just earning money should not be your focus . give some after sales services too
