I bought this refrigerator mainly for its advertized feature of Bio-fresh technology. Compared to other brands available it looked attractive and was priced competitvely. I exptected a good product from a Korean company with brand value that Samsung commads.
I was disappointed on all possible counts.
It doesn’t really keep anything fresh, especially fruits and vegetables.
In the first two years itself it needed repairs 4-5 times.
Its paint came off from the door.
All plastic trays broke within two years
I have rated their service low on though they are responsive as they
could not rectify the problems I had with cooling in 1-2 attempts. It
took them 5 attempts to finally solve my problem. The good or the bad
part was that the same person attended to our problem.
I have had similar problems with my Samsung window A/c(read about it on mouthshut.com)
and I have decided not to buy any more Samsung products though I got tempted to buy
their Cellphone and LCD TV.
