Believe me I bought Samsung mobile from delhi mobile store , and on very first few hours I found problem , network goes off because while dialing the phone.
I went to mobile store they passed me to Samsung service station situated in Kirti Nager , now the story begins, no one respond at service center , no good customer treatment, they want to me show the error and after 3 days of long fight and giving them proof 3-4 time they found that it is a PCB problem and finally I have got a Dead on Arrival letter.
Then I went to mobile strore I got brand new mobile (same again Samsung Star though I was having choice that I can take another one, but I choose the same , because I was using Sansung TV and I thought I happens with electronics sometime and I thought samsung is reliable company)
Now second story begins after 1 month, now touch screen is not working , and because I was harassed by Samsung service center for 3 continuous day last time , now I i am not going to anyone because of the following reason
1- believe Samsung is not reliable
2- Harassment
3- No customer service
now I will never suggest anyone to bug Samsung products, I lost and waised my Rs 9700, if you want to waist money please go ahead
Now my phone is show piece only
Also I do not suggest to buy anything from mobile store , because there is no after sale customer satisfaction
