Although samsung washing machine is good and easy to use, but after couple of years, the machine PCB will broke down and after repeated complaints to the service center and call center, you will not get your new PCB since samsung company do not manufacture old model PCB. So finally, you have to sell that useless machine to KAWARIWALA for a thousand rupees and its my personal experience.
I had purchased a top loading fully automatic washing machine and after four years, the machine PCB damaged and the samsung company no more producing the PCB of older model PCB and you know the result. So check the parts availability in near future. best wishes
