I bought this Tv a month ago at Rs.14, 900 from a nearby Shop that deals in Samsung products. Technically I don’t have any idea about its specification, all I need is good picture quality and sound, and it has both the qualities. However I am not satisfied with the customer support. The clamp which is used to mount the Tv on wall is missing. I instantly ask for the clamp in the shop but they said that- we will provide the clamp in a few days and we will send a technician to mount it on the wall, however I don’t need any technician because I bought this Tv for one of my distant relative. So after a few days I went to the shop for the clamp but this time they said- Clamp is not available with this particular model. Finally I gift it without the Clamp. Now he is not getting the clamps in his area because it comes with the Tv set. The only option left is using FeviQuick to fix it on the wall.
