Dear All  I am having a very bad experience with Samsung 46LED Smart TV for the past three months. On the 9th month of TV, it started pouring rain in colours all over the screen. Samsung techies came and changed the panel. Within weeks time, it started blackout automatically, after some flickering will show SMART TV as if it is an ad for Smart TV.
We need to switch off and again restart, still problem used to repeat. Samsung techies came and changed the panel. After this, now we see the display so patchy and blurry as if we are seeing one wall painting. In between the TV used to stumble. Complained to Samsung, requested for replacement as it was well within warranty period, and Samsung Customer (dont) Care, said they would once again send the techies.
In the past 2 months 12 times techies visited my house, and Society has objected to frequent visits. Have lodged complaint with consumer core, no response. Now I am stuck with Rs 125000 Samsung Smart TV !
You are 101% right that Samsung is yet to learn about LED and the company to learn about customer service.
