I purchased automatic washing machine 2years back with motor warranty of 10 years 5 washing machine... unfortunately I had issues with washing so called customer care they sent a technician who checked & said motor needs to be replaced taken photo of the bill & said will be done in next 2 days ... Now ! The issue begins he called & said you need to pay Rs2800.00 to fix so i way should I company says 10 years & you are asking for it he disconnected the call after few days I called customer service again the representative named Ravi answered the call .... Not given resolution &said will be arranging call from my manager & stuff like that....not expected at all since then my family &me have to suffer a lot during This time still facing issues.... I won’t suggest anyone to go with Samsung never ever again...if in case have any resolution can call me directly on 706349xxxx.... They leave customers helpless....never ever go for it.website doesn’t let you do one rating...wow...will give more negative reviews on other websites aswell till it’s not sorted.
