I have purchased new window sumsung ac 1.5 ton.
In june 2012.
And after few days stopped colling. I was shocked Brand new ac sumsung its A Big Brand
colling has been stopped horrible.
I called on customer care toll free number and my complaint was registeded with compalint number.
Well
No one came and checked the product. But got an sms with issue resolved with out resolving issue.
how can you close the complaint.
Its a Horrible experience with sumsung.
After again called on customer care and they have came And I got new ac.
Well feel good .
Now ac is working yet.
