I have no much information or knowledge about buying an AC. But still we purchased Samsung 1 ton window ac for our home a couple of years ago. I have heard many complaints about different problems regarding this as. But so far even after 5 years of use my ac is working splendidly. The cooling effect is really good and there is no noise for the ac either.
I am not telling that it is working like brand new but the running is trouble free. We just do only service one year.But I don’t like Samsung’s service, since the persons are inexperienced by the way they do the work. Other than that we have not done any repair for the product. The cost was also very reasonable when we bought the product.
So I think that whatever may be the drawbacks, this particular ac is very good. But there have been many complaints about samsung split ac, but I think only less complaints are there about window ac.But I am satisfied with the product.
