Nine songs in an album is a rare feat these days. But with Himesh Reshammiyas sharp sense of melody at the helm of things, this is an album that shows promise. The title track is a soothing number and its twin versions are equally appealing. While Ankit Tiwaris version sets the melancholic mood right, Mohammad Irfans heartfelt singing is top-notch. Unfortunately, Palak Muchhal has limited scope in the song, but she manages to leave a haunting impact with her wonderful voice. More than the vocals, the song works because of its strong musical arrangement. Kheech Meri Photo, sung by Darshan Raval and Neeti Mohan, is a fun and peppy number. This song is right out of Neetis comfort space and Akasa Singh, along with Darshan, support her ably. This song definitely has repeat value. The next track on the album, Ek Number, is a decent attempt at fusion. The catchy beats and Neetis voice complements the vibe of the song. Its not exactly hip-hop but a desi adaptation of the genre. Arijit Singh gets behind the mic for Tera Chehra and the song is right up his alley.
