I bought San Disk cruser blade 8 GB pen drive for Rs. 400 from a local store near my place for home and college use. I used it for transferring data like text documents, presentations, music, videos, etc. This product is not worth paying an amount of 400 for such product.
Help Functionality:- The help functionality of this product is fine it doesn’t require any specified software for installation and usage, rather you just have to plug and play. But the major issue with this is the transfer speed of data from and to this product. It requires much time to copy data from this device to computer or copying any data from computer to this pen drive. If there is some data around 2 GB, then at least it will require 30 minutes approximately to copy the data from computer to this drive. San Disk must consider this while manufacturing products like this.
User friendly:- This device is user friendly as it is easy to carry along anywhere and design of this product is also fine as it contains a hole for key chain. The colour blend of this pendrive is also good comprising Red and Black colours.
Ease of installation:- There is no such requirement of installation of any external software or drivers for this product. This product is easy to plug and play in almost every operating system for computers and other media products like music players.
Feature:- This product lacks in the context of features as the design and shape of the product is not elegant. Even the material from which it is made is not good. It seems to be cheap plastic which breaks apart after a month or two. San Disk is a big brand so it must provide reliable products so that the customers do not get disappointed with such issues. The cost of the pen drive is not less but the the material is cheap.
Service and support:- Though the company claims for good service and support but it is nothing like that as there is no replacement if the pen drive breaks down. The company doe not provide any replacement or refund.
