I purchased 32GB Sandisk Pendrive for my day-to-day usage from a local vendor.I avoided purchasing becasue of the large fluctuations in pricing when compared to online vendors.
I thought it could act as backup device for most of my needs, so I didn’t mind investing 400Rs. extra for this.I thought it could be a good investment in long run.
Pen drive performed its duty well in the first two months there were regular sharing of files with no loss in speed or performance.Then a month back I purchased Macbook and wanted to transfer data to my new laptop.To mu utter astonishment the pen drive started showing no space.In the properties it would say 32GB Full.I tried to format it using command prompt which is the last resort but of no use.
All my data was lost and created a huge problem with me.I contacted the local shop from where I got this pendrive but he told me to go to Nehru Place to get it rectified(which I didn’t go!)
In conclusion, I lost close to 600Rupees with loss of my data. I sincerely don’t recommend anybody to buy this pendrive.
