Saneswap.com is a website selling many kinds of products such as clothes , shoes.
Here is my experience on saneswap.com
One day while scrolling facebook I came to know about the website.
I had to gift my brother a pair of shoes.
So I found the prices are cheap here. So I ordered a pair of black coloured shoes.
My order id : 6382628638
Place order on : 9th may
Estimated delivery date : 19th may
Made payment through : Debit card
Waited till 19th may. But no delivery came
Atlast tried to contact them through their phone number but it was not responding.
Then I mailed them to their registered email.
They replied me after an week. I narrated my issue then they.
They gave me another delivery date of 9th june.
Atlast I got the delivery on 10th june. 1 day later than the said date.
The packaging was not good. Packets were torn.
I received an used shoes. Their was marks in the shoes. Defective piece.
I requested for return.
They didn’t accept it and in return told me that I have used the product and now asking for return and refund.
What is this ? Sending used products and then blaming the customer.
They are cheaters. Fooling customers.
Never go for the website.
