I bought a new sony Xperia from Sangeetha Bangalore in May 2013, along with sangeetha insurance worth 199. From day 1 there were problems with the mobile..the phone gets restarted often, the sound clarity was worse..We gave the mobile to Sangeetha showroom and they told they will take it to Sony Service Center and fix it. They took a week to return the mobile after service, that too after constant phone calls and follow ups from me..After getting the mobile after a weeks struggle, it still had the same problem.
I took it again to Sangeetha for service. The staffs behaved rudely to us and told it will take 3 days for them to take it to the service centre as they are busy.So we directly went 2 Sony service centre. On checking my phones service records with the IMEI number, they told us that the phone was never taken to any Sony Service Centre as there was no history of service associated wth my mobile..Sony ppl asked us to come wth the invoice from Sangeetha so that they can service the phone.. We went to a near by Sangeetha outlet and reqsted an invoice wth the IMEA number.To our surprise, we could find the invoice under some other persons name and was purchased in the month of Feb 2013.
We went back to the same outlet were v purchased the mobile and asked for the invoice.They told the printer is not working and will take the print out of invoice from another outlet. The guy went out and created a fake bill, changed the customer name, phone no, bill amount etc to match with my details..This is a clear evidence that THEY R SELLING FAULTY/SECOND HAND mobiles!!..
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SANGEETHA..Better buy from the Direct Sony outlets only, not from these CHEATERS!!..
