It was a very nice ezperiene at sangeetha on 26th Aug 17. I had been to different places in search of this phone - Redmi 4A. Nobody could get me this phone because all stocks were over. I wanted this phone so badly that I had no patience to book it online. I went to sangeetha store near chandra layout - Bangalore and I spoke with store manager and gave him clarity on my condition. He immediatly checked in other stores and found it was available at different place and asked me to wait for just 30 mins. His reportee was already on the way, he called him and asked to pick tht package. Believe me within just 15 mins I got my phone.
It was a real nice experience and I liked it very much. Thanks to sangeetha for their quick service and thats what I call Customer Satisfaction.
