PATHETIC SALES and SERVICE at Bomanahalli

Samsung is a very big company being with your product from past 10 years, I love the brand and passion towards the customer service but recently I brought a Samsung galaxy A7(2016) Edition with top load from an authorised dealer Sangeetha in bomAnasultanhalli in july 9th 2016. After about 7 days, My smart phone had an issue on the network and the heat while charging. When I informed this to the dealer he informed me to have a check with the samsung service center, He got it checked and told me that the software has an update and made me wait for 3 days sence my phone has a gaurantee of 1 year and my smart phone is just 8 days old at the service center a person informed to my brother that the problem is with the mother board as there is a stock issue he informed me my brother to come after 2 days but my brother deined ans asked hin to replace it. but no action has been taken, My question is why the mother board has to be replaced? because the phone purchased by mt brother was 8 days old have the bill for the proof and the funny part is that if you write a mail @CEO you will never receive an response so be careful while purchasing
