I usually don’t write reviews, but after my experience with Sangeetha Mobiles, I felt it was necessary to warn others.
A few months ago, I visited their store to buy a smartphone. The staff was polite at first, but once the payment was done, everything changed. I was promised delivery within 3 days. Guess what? It took over 10 days, and I had to follow up every single day to get updates. Half the time, their customer care didn’t even pick up my calls.
When I finally received the phone, the box was not sealed properly. I raised the issue, but they simply said, “It was like that from the company.” I felt helpless.
But that’s not even the worst part. Within a week, the phone started heating up badly and hanging. I went back to the store, hoping they would replace or help — instead, they told me to go to the brand service center myself. No help. No support. Just passing the responsibility.
Honestly, I felt cheated. I trusted a well-known name like Sangeetha, thinking Id get genuine service. But the lack of transparency, delay in delivery, and zero after-sales support really disappointed me.
If youre planning to buy from Sangeetha Mobiles, please be very careful. I wouldnt recommend it based on my personal experience.
