Dear all, last week I visited Chennai for our projects client meeting. I found this residency is nearer to our meeting spot. So I checked in this hotel. For standard ac room, they changed 1500/night, the room which they offered to me was too worst but due to time concern I don’t have other options to change the hotel. There was no proper cleaness, the bed sheet and pillow were to old and not washed. Coming to bathroom is too worrest and there was no hot facility. The way of speaking / respect with customers was not good. Totally I had worrest experience with this hotel. I don’t want to stay again in this hotel. It’s my humble request to management please maintain the cleaness please.
